The following terms apply to retail products sold by Catalina Bike Rental, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, gift cards, and consumable items.

8.1 Retail Products

  • Product descriptions and images are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor variations may occur.

  • Availability of retail items is subject to stock.

8.2 Returns & Exchanges

  • Retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Gift cards, consumable items, and used or damaged products are non-refundable.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

8.3 Defective Products
