You can book directly through our website by selecting the bike, accessories, and desired dates. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is charged 14 days before the pick-up date.

Apart from the bike, all rentals include bottle cages, a computer mount and a repair kit with multitool, tyre levers, spare tube, CO₂ and mini pump. Pedals, helmet, shoes, gps computer and lights are available for an additional fee. You can select this option when making your reservation.

Yes, you can modify your booking up to 15 days before the pick-up date.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 30 days before rental start: Full refund

Between 30 and 14 days before rental start: Deposit (50%) is non-refundable

Less than 14 days before rental start: No refund

After rental start date: No refund

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your rental.

The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the rental start date.

The full balance must be paid before picking up the bike.

All prices are in Euros (€), and payments are processed in Euros. Exchange rates are determined by individual cardholder banks.

The minimum age for renting is 18 years old. Minors can rent a bike only with the presence and signature of a responsible adult.

Yes, we require a security deposit of €500 per bike. This amount will be held on your debit/credit card for the duration of the rental and released upon return of the bike in good condition.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the rental start date are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued once the rental period has started.

If Catalina Bike Rental needs to cancel a reservation 30 days or more before the scheduled rental start, a full refund will be provided.

We will make every effort to deliver and pick up bikes at the agreed times. However, force majeure or exceptional circumstances (e.g., traffic delays) may affect scheduling.

Any modifications to the pick-up location or time after the rental has started must be communicated via confirmed email or direct telephone contact at least 24 hours before the return.
